Tropical Storm Omar Hammers Southern Caribbean
(October 14, 5 p.m. EDT) -- Tropical Storm Omar is hammering the Southern Caribbean with 50-mile-per-hour winds and heavy rain. The storm is currently passing through Aruba, Curacao and Bonaire, and is expected to strengthen as it makes its way northeast toward Puerto Rico.
